The Board have the secretarial which consist of the following members;-

  1. Registrar who shall be a Chairperson.
  2. Secretary of the Board who shall be the secretary to the Secretariate ;
  3. Assistant Registrar, and
  4. Accountant of the Board.

The Secretariat have the following functions:-

  1. To organize and prepare the agenda of the meetings
  2. To facilitate the functions of the Boards; and
  3. To perform any other function assigned by the Board.
